When you place an order, as part of the process, we receive personal information from you such as your name, address, email address, telephone number and delivery instructions. This information is held securely on our servers and we will only use it for the following purposes:

CARD PAYMENTS

Payments are made using PayPal's and Wix's Secure Payment Systems. Once you confirm that you want to place the order, you will be taken to the payment system of your choice. Your card details are entered on their secure site and are authorised by your bank.

 At no point are your card details entered on The Ribbon Shop's website and our staff cannot see or obtain your card details. If at any point a refund is needed we will make this using PayPal's or Wix's secure payment systems.

 

If you place an order by phone and give us your card details for payment, these are destroyed immediately once the payment has been put through.

We use Paypal's secure payment system to process your payment.

 

 

FORM SUBMISSIONS

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will only use your contact details to send you information about our products, services and exclusive offers.
