We do our best to make sure the photos on our website are as true as possible but we are very happy to send samples as we understand it's important to get exactly the ribbon you want.

Ordinarily, we send five samples free of charge but do get in touch with us if you have a particular need and we'll try to help.

We are also very happy to provide a colour-matching service. You can send us a swatch of the colour you're trying to match or a Pantone number and we'll send you samples of our closest matches. If it's urgent, we can make suggestions by phone / email  if you send us an image.
